Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
By using Postmaxx you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short. If something feels unclear, email us — we would rather explain than hide behind legalese.
1. The service
Postmaxx researches publicly available TikTok and Instagram carousels and uses AI to generate complete social posts (designed slides, captions, hashtags, and optional Reel exports) for your app or product. You can download finished posts or, where the publishing beta is available, connect a social account and manually send a selected saved post through Upload-Post. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Pricing changes apply only to future billing periods, never retroactively.
2. Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. One person per account; do not share credentials. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Postmaxx to:
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Market products you do not have the right to market, or make claims about products that are false or misleading.
- Resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Bypass usage limits, paywalls, or rate limits (including watermark removal on free-tier content).
- Generate spam, deepfakes, or impersonate real people without permission.
We may remove generated content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.
4. Your content
You own everything you generate. We claim no ownership over your product profile or generated posts. We store them only so the service works. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
5. Third-party content
Source structures used by Postmaxx are derived from publicly available carousels. The original posts and creative assets belong to their creators. Generated posts use an adapted structural blueprint plus your product's information, not the creator's images — you are responsible for reviewing your content and ensuring anything you publish complies with the destination platform's rules and applicable laws.
6. Payments and refunds
- Free: includes three complete posts in total. Free posts include a small Postmaxx watermark on the final slide and can be downloaded for manual publishing.
- Creator ($19/month or $159/year): recurring subscription billed by Stripe. Includes 20 complete posts per calendar month, editable watermark-free downloads, and Reel exports. The generation allowance resets at the start of each calendar month; Stripe billing and Creator access continue on the subscription's billing-period schedule, which may reset on a different date. Cancel anytime from your account page — Creator access continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused calendar-month posts do not roll over.
- Legacy credits: credit packs are no longer sold. Any valid unused credits already attached to an account remain available and do not expire.
- Refunds: we will refund the most recent month of Creator on request if you have not used your monthly allowance significantly. Email hyperfixlabs@gmail.com.
7. AI disclaimer
Generated content is produced by AI models. It may contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or phrasing you would not endorse. Always review generated content before publishing. We are not liable for content you choose to publish. We do not guarantee views, engagement, or any marketing outcome.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance, and third-party providers (Google, Stripe) may have outages outside our control.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On termination we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Postmaxx is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law (or equivalent in your jurisdiction) that cannot be lawfully excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
